*Requirements for Admission K3-5th Grades: Completed enrollment application and forms, transcripts (including discipline and attendance, birth certificate and immunizations, applicable fees, financial aid packet (if seeking financial aid), parents must read the handbook and review it with potential students, parents must sign a Family Commitment Agreement.
Requirements for Admission 5th-12th Grades: All of the above items plus past teacher references* (if homeschooled, you may use Youth and Sunday School teachers for references), pastor reference*, complete a student interview, students must read and agree to the handbook and related forms, students must sign a Student Commitment Agreement.
* Teacher/Pastor references must be mailed in by the person filling out the form. Hand delivered forms will not be accepted.
