This program and the price for it reflect only the alternative program. These prices are not for our regular on-site classes, but for the alternative program for those who do not meet the requirements for on-site classes. Covenant Heart Academy will provide an At-Home Alternative for 4th through 12th grade students who meet certain requirements. These students must be unable to attend due to physical issues or ineligible to be admitted into our regular program. There are limited spaces available for families who prefer working at home with their children. This option is very limited and very selective. The program cost for this alternative is $250 start up fee that must be paid in full before the student may start the program and $150 per month for each month enrolled (multiple child discount is available). Financial assistance for this program is not available. Assignments will be turned in remotely and must be on time. A mentor will be assigned to each student and will be available for phone or video chat three times a week.Tests must be proctored and mentors will schedule each test. Parents must sign and turn in an attendance form documenting the amount of hours each student spends studying. Attendance is also monitored through our remote learning system. Each subject requires 120 seat hours for credit to be earned. The participants in this program must follow a strict academic schedule and be present on each test day.
